Phil’s Plan for District 4

and Madison County

 

Improve our road safety and reduce congestion.

• Will work to improve intersection at Harvest Road, Old Railroad Bed Road and Wall Triana Hwy.
• Will work With Alabama State Legislature and Alabama DOT to keep the widening of Hwy 53 funded.
• Will work to improve the intersections of Old Railroad Bed and Hwy 53, McKee and Hwy 53 and all roads around the new high school to make it safe for our children to travel.

Improve community recreation facilities.

• Will work with Blue Water Springs Park to improve their sports facility.
• Will work with MPRA to support their needs.
• Work with all recreation leagues to support their needs.

Make District 4 a place we can all be proud of.

• Will work with Madison County School Board to make sure the new high school is second to none.
• Will review Tornado Siren System and improve where needed.
• Will work with the Madison County Water Department to improve water and fire protection in District 4.
• Will continue to support all schools of the district.
• As a past firefighter and EMT in District 4 it gives me the knowledge of our firefighters needs.
